Shipping & Handling


Due to COVID-19, expect delays in delivery! 


All our deliveries are handled via Royal Mail and we provide a tracking service with all packages. Please ensure you have entered correct shipping details. For any changes, email within 24 hours of placing your order or it cannot be changed. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will result in your order being processed on Monday.  


As this company is operating with a drop shipping service please allow 5-14 days to receive any bundles, frontals, closures, bundle deals or pre-made units. International orders may take 12-30 days. You should receive a tracking number within this time.


If you’ve purchased a wig making service (for your own bundles), wig restoration service, wig colouring service, lace replacement service or a wig styling service, you will be sent an email with details as to where to ship the hair. This service will usually take 7 days but let me know if you need it any sooner via email. Please ensure you send the hair via a trackable shipping provider and respond to the email you are sent with a tracking reference when it has been shipped. You must send the hair within 14 days of payment or your order may be refunded. Kindly drop an email at [email protected] if you require an extension.


We are not responsible for any missed deliveries or invalid shipping details that have been provided. 

 

Orders Without Hair


Orders that do not include hair are the beauty and accessories products.


UK: Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. All these types of orders are sent with Royal Mal 1st Class (not tracked). This means you should receive the order 1-2 days after you’ve been sent a shipping update.


International: Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed then you will receive a tracking number and your package should arrive within 7 - 21 days. All packages are sent with the Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed™ service.




Returns & Refunds


You have up to 7 business days to return any unwanted or unused products. The products must be returned in the original form and packaging via a trackable shipping provider.


There are no refunds on any of our services unless you purchase a service and do not send the hair in 14 days. This includes the wig making service (for your own bundles), wig restoration service, wig styling service, lace replacement service and the wig colouring service.


If this occurs, we will send a reminder email about sending the hair. If there is no response we will send a final email letting you know that the payment for the service will be refunded (cost of shipping will not be refunded). 


At BFixes your complete satisfaction is our top priority. We offer returns but prior to returning our products, please contact us via email at [email protected] to discuss your concerns so we can provide a solution.


If you still wish to return your products, please notify us by email at [email protected], stating the reason and the order number within 7 business days of receipt. We will provide you with a return address. Please do not return the products without notifying us first, we may not receive your returned products, and we will be unable to provide a refund.


An explanation and clear corresponding photographs are needed for us to make a decision on the return of a product. Please allow 1-3 business days from our receipt of the returned products for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your account.
